In 2021, as some of the initial COVID-19 restrictions were lifted, my team at Accenture was asked to create a video explaining what Accenture employees should expect when returning to our offices.

The goal for the video was to clearly explain that “return to normal” was a return to “new normal” – and that the safety of everyone was the primary concern of the company.
